We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and life can be a little unpredictable.Therefore, we respectfully request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice for cancellation / rescheduling. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that slot and because of this, clients on our waiting list may miss a chance to receive the services they have been waiting to schedule. We will do the best on our end sending you a text message as a reminder of your appointment time 24 hours before, although if you still don’t show, you will be charged the following fees on your next service:
Due to the nature of our business all products and makeup sales are final. We are delighted to apply a tester on your skin or provide you with a sample to try prior your purchase to ensure your satisfaction.
